Q :
After I download, why the metatrade still can’t be operating?
A :
Usually, there are mistake at download, when fill investor’s data in OPEN ACCOUNT table. In this table, besides fill investor’s data, in Account type column, forex letter must be replaced forex-usd by click the arrow at right side forex letter in that Account type. If it is correct, so download can be done well.
Q :
Where is my account saved? How about the safety?
A :
All of investors fund save in Segregated Account, which is separate account as a fund depository by clearing company. The existence and developing this account is always audit and monitoring by Indonesia Derivatives Clearing House ( Kliring Berjangka Indonesia,KBI ).Besides as control and monitoring house ,KBI also benefit as guarantor house investor fund. It means, our funds will be guaranteed if clearing company where we deposit our fund bankrupt.
